I understand how challenging times are and how expensive everything is. It is because of this, as Commissioner I commit to never giving myself a pay raise and instead change this policy to prevent this from happening by future commissioners.  I commit to never supporting a CO unless it is an absolute emergency, and finally, I commit to responsibly managing the county budget without wasteful spending and tax increases. 

As a former city council representative that lived the furthest east from the rest of council, I know how exhausting and annoying our traffic problems are. As commissioner I commit to finishing Pelicano, finishing the Montwood extension, work with the State of Texas to finish the Montana project, start and finish the Pebble Hills resurfacing project. Montana Vista, sidewalks, streetlights and paved roads are coming your way!

As a small business owner, I understand the importance of investing in our community and bringing forth economic development that not only revitalizes our community but also brings economic prosperity for everyone. We also have a beautiful city that needs to be showcased through tourism. My commitment to you is to bring big developments that will provide competitive salaries, bring in tourism and offset the burden of our high property taxes.

For me, quality of life means being able to keep your hard-earned money and spending less time stuck in horrible traffic. It also means being able to spend quality time with my children. As a mom, you have my commitment to providing safe and beautiful parks and neighborhoods by managing the resources already allocated to the county responsibly.
